IP Key ( https://ipkey.eu ), a division of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO, https://euipo.europa.eu ) are currently undertaking a comparative study on Copyright Protection and one of the key parts of this study is data gathering from EU copyright holders operating in China stakeholders in order to gather information on the recordation and enforcement of copyright rights in China by members of the EU industry.
The study is lead by Mr. Peter Ganea, who would be grateful if those of you that are doing or have done business in China would fill out this questionnaire and return it to him at [email protected] by the end of August.
